- Signed prescription (drug, strength, sig, qty, refills)
- Patient name + DOB + verified shipping address
- Physician's NPI + state license + DEA (if applicable)
- Refill schedule with dose ramp pre-built
- Clinical context (BMI, contraindications, allergies)
- Stripe-verified identity (no card-not-present chargebacks)
Compensation
You set your fees. We pay net-30, no chargebacks.
Most platforms haggle over per-fill margins. Puri lets you set the wholesale price for your formulary; we mark up to retail. We pay you on a net-30 cycle for every order shipped — including refills. No interchange chargebacks because the patient already paid Puri.

We accept both compounding pharmacy classes. 503A for patient-specific scripts, 503B for inventoried compounds.
