Important safety information. The information on this website is for general educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for the advice of a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult your physician before starting any new medication, supplement, peptide, or treatment plan.

Compounded medications. Compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, sermorelin, and other compounded products available through the Puri platform are custom-prepared by licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies under valid prescriptions issued by independent licensed providers. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness, and they have not been evaluated for equivalence to brand-name products such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound®. Brand names are referenced for identification only; Puri is not affiliated with or endorsed by their manufacturers.

Peptides. Peptide products such as BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, PT-141, and Melanotan II are not FDA-approved as finished drug products. Information presented about these peptides is educational and is not a representation of safety, effectiveness, or therapeutic benefit. Statements regarding peptides have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Clinical trial references. Any reference to clinical trial data (including the 15-17% body weight reduction reported for semaglutide or the 22.5% body weight reduction reported for tirzepatide) describes outcomes from studies of FDA-approved brand-name products. These results are not guaranteed for any individual and have not been replicated for compounded versions. Individual results vary based on starting weight, dosage, diet, exercise, adherence, and many other factors.

No outcome guarantees. Puri does not guarantee any specific medical outcome, weight loss result, or therapeutic benefit. A licensed provider may decline to issue a prescription based on clinical judgment. Successful treatment requires lifestyle modification including diet and exercise.

Telehealth services. Telehealth services are provided by independent licensed healthcare providers who use the Puri platform. Puri does not practice medicine, and the platform itself is not a substitute for in-person care when in-person care is medically appropriate. Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
